Candidates spend millions of dollars on their campaigns, much of this on advertising. By contrast, the movement working to bring integrity to elections in the United States is made up almost entirely of volunteers.
Many of these unpaid workers have full-time jobs, and yet work dozens of hours each week toward creating and supporting fair, accurate and transparent elections with public oversight.
